If I write it on paper, I'm less likely to forget and it reduces stress because I have less info to "store" in my brain and try to remember. <br /><br />Lately hubby and I are working on reducing our sodium intake. We started making meal plans this week that include more home-cooked meals seasoned with spices (rather than salt). So far it's working. Still need to work in some exercise.
